This is a Type-C to HDMI and VGA Adapter. It allows you to transmit signals from a Type-C source to a high definition HDMI or VGA display (TV, projectors, monitor,etc). It can work on Macbook Pro 2020 2019 2018, Macbook Air 2018 2019 ,Dell XPS 13/15, Google new Chromebook Pixel and other USB-C HOST device that support display output or Thunderbolt 3 over USB C.

This USBC to HDMI +VGA adapter is design to extend or mirror screen of Laptop/ PC/Tablet to Projector/ TV/ Monitor/Display. This HDMI and VGA port work simultaneously, you can use usb c to HDMI and USB C to VGA at same time. Expand more work space when you work from home. It is a good choice for online education, data analysis, HOME OFFICE.

This USBC to VGA HDMI Adapter no driver needed. ONLY need make sure your USB C HOST device like laptop/tablet/cell phone MUST support Thunderbolt 3 or Display output over USB C. Not all USB C device is compatible. Feel free to contact us if you not sure the compatibility of your device.

Support Mirror & Extend Dual Mode:

* Mirror and Extend Mode Settings:
For MacOS, Top left corner Apple icon-->System Preferences-->Displays-->Mirror or Extend Displays;
For Windows 10, press Windows key + P combination command-->choose Duplicate or Extend.
For Windows system laptop, if the external monitor could not work, please update the BIOS and graphic card driver from laptop official website.

* Stereo Settings:
For MacOS, Please go to Apple icon-->System Preferences-->Sound-->Output, choose your TV as the sound output.
For Windows 10, please click right bottom of your sound icon-->choose your TV as the sound output.
For Sony TV, if you are running MacOS, you probably need to go to Launchpad-->Other-->Audio MIDI Setup-->DisplayPort-->Output-->Please choose 2 ch 16-bit integer.

Resolution:
1.Supports HDMI resolution up to 4k*2K@30Hz,in order to enjoy the 4K high resolution, please make sure to use a 1.4 or higher version HDMI cable?Support VGA resolution up to 1080P@60Hz.

2.We recommend you to make sure your monitor/tv could supply corresponding output.That means if your computer supports 4K@60Hz, while your monitor/TV only supports 1080p, you can only output 1080p rather than 4K.

3.If the resolution of your laptop is higher than the external monitor.

For windows:
Windows Menu--> Setting--> Display--> Advanced Display Settings, set your laptop's resolution same as or lower the resolution of external monitor.

For MacOS:
Left-upper Apple icon-->System Preferences-->Displays-->Mirror displays. Then your HDMI & VGA monitor would mirror your Mac. However here you have two choices. One is "Optimize For" your built-in Retina Display, the other is "Optimize For" your HDMI monitor. You can choose which one you like.

• Pls make sure your HDMI devices support 4K@30Hz, otherwise you need set 1080p resolution or lower. That's to say, the resolution our devices support depends on your HDMI devices.
